I have a connection file using php that lists the tables in a mysql db on a hostgator shared server. The server connection works and displays the list of tables in each of the 26 databases. My next step on this page that I am having trouble with is to add a button that drops the tables (not delete the database) thru a button on the screen, or via running an individual page for each database. I have attached the show tables php file that works correctly and displays the tables. The button or function needs to drop all the tables (and it needs to parse to find out what the tables are because the table names will change from time to time. I was looking at the DROP TABLE IF EXISTS but could not get it to work correctly.
