pywinauto code for open dialog box with filename population and open button click

Have a python script working with pywinauto. have code that clicks a button in the main app and opens the windows open dialog box to select a file. having an issue getting it to recognize the Open dialog window. It is a standard "Open" titled windows dialog with the "File Name:" Property value and button "Open". I have used pywinauto in the past, but not for setting the file name in the script. all other parts for the script work. 2 png files attached.
