PHP scrip to FTP and do some control over files

I need quick help in php I have files like bellow example coming everyday and everyday it create directory for each day as bellow example YYYY-MM-DD they are located in remote server which is SFTP: /date/2014-12-30 /date/2014-12-31 etc I need script in php go go check if there is new file grab it and move it FTP it to another server... it should always remember what files have been send to the other server and only send the file that is not send before because in the remote once the file is send it will be processed and removed so there is no way to check the remote server and compare it... this script should remember what it send already for that day and send only the new ones... for php expert it's not only one hour job thanks... if you have read my details please say YES so I know
