We are using FPDF to print mysql data to a PDF file. The project was created within PHPMaker. We have the PDF printing fine, as per the attached: [login to view URL] The problem we have is we can only print 1 record, we require all records to be printed. Our current php Mysql code limits to 1 record. All Employee, Partner and Dependent information records must be under the Policy Holder details, just as we have the design layout now. We also require the file [login to view URL] to be added to the file or as an attachment. This is an insurance policy document the policy holder can download. The coding is in the attached files [login to view URL] and mysql_table2.php. Should you require access to the server to provide a quotation please let me know. Thanks so much.
