Program needs to be modified or built from scratch - PHP

We need someone who can modify this PHP: [login to view URL] We bought it but it is not working as intended. Here's what we need: 1. Program must display: Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, RSS, Google, Pinterest, Delicious, Stumbleupon, Deviantart, Dribbble, Flickr, [login to view URL], Instagram, Vimeo, Tumblr. (Currently, it can only display few platforms. 2. Can include stream of Amazon Top books, headline and meta-description by title or keyword. 3. Stream need to load in 0.6 secs and must display new stream in every 6 minutes. 4. Program must be able to stream using UserID, Searches and specific post. Please send your price for creating a new PHP as well. Will only release 100% milestone when project is complete and working. Don't ask for advance. Don't bid if you don't agree.
