PSD to Wordpress With Custom Functunality

We require a PSD to Wordpress conversion with some basic e-commerce functionality added using the Stripe payment gateway. I have added the mocks to this pitch but will be supplying the finished PSD to the winners. The site will require full WordPress functionality but I will only be supplying the two main pages (homepage and sales page) as the general pages etc can be based of the framework theme. The site will sell tickets for an multi area event so each time a new location is added and the date/time/location etc is entered a new page is created and listed. For each ticket sold we need to create a PDF and mail it to the customer. I know there are plenty of plugins to help do this so the key part will be integration into the design Once the customer chooses how many tickets they want they will hot make payment and the one page checkout popup will appear collecting name, email, postcode and card data which is sent to Stripe. We do not want a complex woo commerce style checkout just a one step enter card. If you are going to bid on this please read the description, understand the requirement and place a real bid.
