Reliable Wordpress developer

I am starting this project to find a Reliable, Honest and Sincere guy who is well skilled in WordPress, HTML,CSS,Responsive Web design, Twitter Bootstrap and various aspects of functional web design. If you are looking for a one time job then don't waste my time this is not for you. You will write I am Reliable, Honest and Sincere in the beginning of your cover letter that will prove me that you have read whole description. I am starting this relation with a small project which requires 10 min work for a skilled wordpress developer. I am going to pay 10$ for this small task.
