Salesforce and MySQL

This could become a long term relationship for the right candidate. We have a requirement for expertise about Salesforce. As an initial project, we first need to establish a few things which means this will require a conference call to clarify expectations. Then once you have a clear understanding of the requirements/expectations, it will be easier to provide a fair price for the project. If the price seems affordable and fair, we will proceed. Our company will require on-going work in the near future after this project. PROJECT : We have different customers and we store their data in a separate database instance for each. The data comes from various systems within each of our customers. One such system might be Salesforce - we do not have customers with Salesforce yet. We want to be ready to integrate a customer that wants us to pull data from their Salesforce data. We have three sub-projects from this: 1) Create a "staging" area for the data that we are pulling. Ideally, if possible just make the target tables in our MySQL environment the same structure as the Salesforce Source tables; (I assume Salesforce has a database and tables) 2) Create code to pull Salesforce Data and properly transfer to MySQL env. 3) Future: create automatic connection to specific customers. _______________ These are relatively simple tasks for someone who is familiar with Salesforce and MySQL.
