Script to use ebay api to get average and good prices from recently sold items

I need a developer to write a php/javascript to use to the ebay api to look at recently sold listings and create an average /good/excellent price analysis. I would like the data stored in a DB so later we can chart history. I'm on a wordpress/PHP platform, so ideally in would be coded in php with JS. But I'm open to other ideas if they would work better. My thought is that the script runs with an inputed variable of the product name either through PHP at runtime, or from a edited DB or certain products. The amount of total products I need to track is not two large, I would imagine under 100 names/items. I would then need a method through php or JS to display the results on the screen for each item, such as: Widget name Average Price Good Deal Great Deal $100 $80 $70 Those can be generated at page load or cached and pulled into the page. Bonus if you are comfortable with Wordpress, so we can intgrate this more into the plugin system, but a PHP/JS solution would work as well.
