Simple Django Form Project

Here is what I am looking for (really simple): A DJango written code With the instruction of how you did it It's a Webpage showing a Form. Asking two fields (let's say Name and Phone Number) And when user enters Name and Phone Number and presses Submit button a text in text area on the screen will show "Hello NAME with PHONE NUMBER" Form should come from '[login to view URL]' (and not created on-fly) (no Database is needed. I don't need to store the information. If you update for instance phone number and press Submit again text in text area will change to text area to reflect it)
