simple php mysql

Requirement: 1) select an option from dropdown list 2) based on the selection 2 values (say 'ca' and 'all') to be searched in a field (say 'codes' - all string data) of mysql table containing 3 columns. 3) this field contains comma separated data (say, 'ab,ca,cd,mp')... in some rows this field contains only one data ('all') 4) search result is to displayed in sorted form (first field) below the dropdown list.** 5) a search field to be provided to search the first column of the displayed list. The first column contains phrases. User should be able to search the phrases by a inserting a single word (minimum 3-4 characters). **If this list can be paginated it would be better... say at most 25 rows per page.
