Simple Woocommerce Payment Gateway Plugin

I am looking for a simple payment gateway plguin 1. User choses XXX payment gateway on checkout 2, Users details are POST to another site, New window is opened - On this URL, echo the post values. 3. On that very same page, place 2 links - complete, cancel. We will be using this links to redirect users after payment. Clean simple project, the important part is that a new window must be opened and your variables must be shown on that page. Please no design and fancy things - lets keep it simple, Woocommerce.
