Simple WordPress Plug-in for streaming videos

Here's a video that explains what I'm looking for in 7 minutes: In a nutshell, I'm looking for a custom built WordPress plug-in that would allow me to play videos. First, I'd upload my video to WordPress and the plug-in would "stream" it. So, content would be hosted on my servers. Some features I need: 1. autoplay 2. people can NOT pause the video 3. model youtube’s live streaming bar with red dot LIVE + volume bar that’s it… so people can’t skip ahead. can’t go full screen. 4. remember how long they watched, so in case they refresh the page, they continue where they left off (cookies) so we make it seem like it’s live That's it.
