Skills in PHP and MYSQL for modifications

Hi I have a script that requires 3 things to be done to it. 1- Modify the DB tables to handle the new data from the form. 2- Modify the registration script to handle the new fields in the form. 3- Modify the admin page to display these new fields. The script is in straight PHP. There are variables such as $tplData, however that is it. What this variable does is explained in core file with all the functions.
