Hi. I'm a programmer from Russia with strong skills in Python. I use Django and Flask frameworks to develop web applications. I work with full stack of technologies from back end to front end. The back end includes a server. I suggest to use a Linux server because Windows will cost you additional money. I'm an Ubuntu user and offer to use Debian or Ubuntu. Debian is considered to be more stable, but Ubuntu includes newer versions of programs. Second, it's databases and Python server code (Django or Flask). I offer to use PostgresQL. It's an industrial and free database that provides good scalability and performance. I use SQLAlchemy as ORM to increase speed of development, but I can work with plain SQL queries too. The front end includes HTML5/CSS3 and Javascript. I usually don't use third-party Javascript libraries, therefore my code runs fast. I use responsive web design paradigm, so a web page should change its layout depending of a device (desktop, tablet or phone). If you're interested, feel free to contact me. All the best, Sergey.
