Small proyect: Improve and finish a webpage.

PROJECT OF IMPROVEMENT OF [login to view URL] The website is almost finished, there are the last final delays, due to lack of time, I would like to hire a professional to finish it and also be able to make sure the site security. (please see the pdf attached) It is important to note that the site has two versions in Spanish and English. The improvements would be the following: 1) Change in the design of the page where the posts are published. On the main page of the blog you can see a bar with the right with widgets, I would like to be able to show that same column in the page where the messages are published. This change must be done both on the Spanish page and in the English language. 2) Add widgets to enhance the web experience in the blog section. Add the widgets that have most of the blogs. Show the most recent and most read messages, a widget for the blog in Spanish and another for the English version. At the end of the web you can see a black strip, you have to remove it and it looks gray like on the top. In the web [login to view URL] a grey strip appears, it has to be made white The same thing happens in the legal section.. [login to view URL] Same for the English version. In the version of the mobile phone, the selection of menus is stuck and some sections do not look correctly as is the investment of the web [login to view URL] 5) Checking site security. I would like a professional to check the security of the site and if improvement is possible, I would not want to be hacked in the future.
