Software Developer wanted for drag and drop scheduling system for Joomla/PHP

I currently use Joomsport on my site, [login to view URL], to display schedules for sports events. For example see the soccer league schedule at [login to view URL] I want to replace Joomsport with my own scheduling software which will integrate with my existing Joomla site. Specifically I'm looking for someone to write software that will let me display a schedule of games on a daily basis as shown on that site (will also need to be able to display Standings and on-click per-team schedules, again like that site does) and provide a front end that will let me drag and drop games in the schedule when they need to be rescheduled. I need individual team managers to be able to log into my site and create/change their own teams schedule, and for individual people to be able to subscribe to that schedule and receive email and/or SMS reminders before games and when the schedule changes.
