Hi there, The requirement are crystal clear and straightforward to implement so no questions really. A couple of points to mention; We need to create a specific implementation for each website to upload the torrents. Which one of them are you planning to upload to? For rtorrent I'm planning to use xml-rpc hence you need to start it with xml-rpc support. That needs a couple of additional packages to run. For utorrent you need to enable web ui so that we can utilize web api. I'll provide detailed setup instructions for both. The number of torrents and the size it can handle is directly related to the network it'll run on since the most of the time will be spent on the network downloading the files. I am planning to use python to implement this. You can easily run it on both platforms, linux and windows even on mac if need be in future. I expect this to take 5 days at most, thanks.

Will it be command line driven or based off a config file? Other than that, some of the different torrent sites have different methods of uploading so is there a list of torrent sites you would want to target in the initial project? Regards,
