Tracking Pixel Script

I need help creating a simple tracking pixel script. The URL will be something like this: [login to view URL];b=value2 and will be src'd like an image: <img src="[login to view URL];b=value2"> The image should show as a 1x1 transparent pixel. The values for 'a' and 'b' will be inserted into a database. I need this ASAP. If this works correctly, I will have you create additional features for it for an additional rate. Thanks.
