Hi there, I will be happy to help you with that, we can create a Google Script that runs daily using time driven trigger, it will read the last edit date for all spreadsheets targeted and updates the db using JDBC connection with these dates. We can reference to all targeted spreadsheets by adding their IDs in the db or in a master spreadsheet. Then the script will start running by reading these IDs and iterating over all of them.
