User House system

Ok basically this feature will be for my online game site, I want this script solely for learning purposes so please no stupid prices. Basically I want a script. You have a view of a house from above, then you can see the rooms in the house. You click the room and you get a close image of that room. From another page you have the ability to put items of furniture into a specific room of one of your houses, and then when you are zoomed in you have the ability to move the item to where you want it in the room. Kind of like [login to view URL] idea. The crucial part is that the positioning of items in the room must then be saveable into a mysql database so next time the user loads that room it looks the same. My idea for expansion is that then the room can get dirty, messy etc, and in freak circumstances there can be other problems with your house. The house will also have benefits like if you have a bed in there you are more healty etc. Althought this project seems difficult, I know it can be done in GD, I have seen it done before, so any help would be appreciated, and demo's are neccesary.
