We want to switch from Vtiger CRM to a new comprehensive business process solution for our business. The majority of our business is conducted between B2B and therefore very rarely a new customer is added to the system. Refer to the below Business Process Diagram showing business flow activities. Currently in Vtiger only two modules are used, one is Sales Order Module and the other is custom module called Refusal Numbers. Both modules have been customized by adding custom fields for our business requirements. The new system shall consist of additional modules as shown on the Business Process Diagram. The existing information on the Vtiger shall be transferred to the new system. Currently the invoicing portion is manually created on quickbooks online version which does NOT need to be transferred to the new system.
