The client requires an application that focuses on vulnerability management and does not require it to run on a cloud platform. Skills Required: The ideal candidate for this project should possess the following skills and experience: - Strong understanding of web application development - Experience in developing asset management systems - Create a secure web application Project Requirements: 1. Vulnerability Tracking: - Develop a user-friendly interface for tracking and managing server and network vulnerabilities - AD authenticated user login - Implement features for adding, editing, and deleting assets - Enable search and filter functionality for easy asset retrieval - Input of necessary vulnerability and server data via CSV format - Ability of the application to email users in O365 - Ability of the users to click links in the email to edit certain details or close the issue - History of events, who closed the issue, who reassigned, when, ect - User can leave notes or select a date for remediation. - Admin page where settings can be adjusted 2. User Authentication and Authorization: - Implement secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms - Allow different user roles with varying access levels to ensure data confidentiality 3. Reporting and Analytics: - Provide data analysis capabilities to generate reports and insights on asset management - Implement visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner 4.
