I have an online English language learning website which caters to a very specific section of the English language learning market, a sector of the market in which i have more than ten year's worth of experience and expert knowledge. I have an idea to make an interactive application which will allow users to practice the skills they need to develop without the need to pay an hourly rate for direct face-to-face tuition. I want to create a web-based application that can question an interview candidate and respond with pre-recorded prompts. The script will follow the IELTS English language speaking test interview and the interface will include language prompts for the candidate to follow in real time.. I've spent a year working on this part time but am now at the stage where i can't proceed further without the help of an expert programmer. I need to consult your expertise in moving forward.
