Webservice to proxy inbound JSON message and POST to another service

Goal: build a raspberri pi webservice that listens for JSON formatted messages, looks up one of the inbound values from a very small dataset mysql? and then posts the formatted results to a different service. **Listen to inbound SMS messages as detailed in the [login to view URL] messaging API ([login to view URL]) and provide "OK" response to the flowroute service. **connect and lookup the "From" value against a mysql (or similar) database to obtain friendly Name from the phone number value **Push formatted SMS messages with original phone number, Looked up Name, and Message contents to pushover API (see [login to view URL] ) *running logfile on the local Raspberri pi should exist and contain all transaction/data for future troubleshooting and history. Background: I've had an old cell phone number for the last 20 years. I've got a new number with a new service that I want to migrate to. That said, I have a significant number of contacts which cannot all be notified of the update to my number. I'm porting this number to flowroute for voice service and SMS. I have the voice routing handled through asterisk and this will basically proxy SMS messages such that I can respond from my new number. This sounds to me like a great Node.js project but I'm not overly familiar with that. All source code must be provided and whatever coding language chosen should be disclosed prior to project acceptance. I'd like to be able to tweak as time goes on. Code should be commented well such that I can read through the code.
