Website Developer/Coder Needed

I have created a site that allows users to find new drink recipes. The site is already designed there's just a few tasks i need taken care of The task i need completed are 1. I need the store/Bar locator to be able to filter between store bar or both. Basically there's 3 criteria i want the user to be able to choose from when using the locator. Store/Bar/and Both. With this locator i would like the data to be loaded through google maps if possible so that the map populates itself 2. I want the recipe page to be able to filter based off Alcohol type/Taste/Environment/ Cost/ Difficulty with Best rated being at the top. A simple filtering system that allows the user to choose how they see the recipes based off the criteria. 3. I want each recipe to be able to be rated. I want signed in users to be able to rate recipes between 1 to 5 starts. Also i would like signed in users to be able to comment on recipes. 4. I want the interesting reads page to be filtered by most recent/ best rated/ topic/ length/ contributor. Same as with the recipes page i would like the interesting reads page to be able to be filtered 5. Search Engine Pro+. I would like the search bar on this site to interactive and responsive. Further details will have to be explained later A couple of notes: 1. I made this site on Wix. 2. I am currently deployed overseas so phone conversations aren't available. However, online meeting platforms do exist as well as email. 3. I am in Arabian standard time zone (GMT +3) However i can work with any time zone 4.
