The task is very simple. I am converting a one page HTML template to a WordPress theme and I am stuck with a simple contact form. Here is the form: [login to view URL] (please, scroll down to see the form). Developer will have access to FTP, to check the following files and to fix what is preventing form to be submitted: [login to view URL] (process the form) [login to view URL] (jqBootstrapValidation and AJAX) [login to view URL] (the form itself) [login to view URL] (Get theme path for JavaScript file with wp_localize_script) It must be a little issue, cause I've checked and rechecked everything. PLEASE, DON'T THROW ME GENERIC BIDS. IT IS A QUICK TASK!

Hi there, I tested the form and it seems the there is a 500 (Internal Server Error) generated when the form is submitted. this is generally due to some misconfiguration. I can take a look for you if you like. Cheers. As your site is wordpress, I will need the wordpress login to make sure the config is correct and also your cPanel login details to verify the email settings. Please PM me so we can discuss.
