I need a program to scrap the email addresses from the pdf fliers that are posted on these two websites loopnet and officespace websites. I will need the program to scrub duplicates and extract the data in excel format. Since I dont have proxies you will need to slow the search parameters or run the program with proxies from your location. Please check their sites because I think they will need to have free memberships to access this information. Let me know what code you will use and if slow the bot the time frequency between query. I can scrape secured and protected sites (http or https), my crawlers can enter into login form, emulate ajax requests etc. If site block IP i can use proxy.
