I'm looking for programmer for one project - meter remote reading. Meters with each other and with the data concentrator (master device) communicates via MBUS (EN13757) and WMbus (wireless MBUS) protocols. Meter reading frequency is variable parameter from 1 min - 30 min. Data reading takes place via TCP / IP (socket). Data can be read from the concentrator (master) in several ways: a) meters can be read by MBus protocol hexadecimal frames (i.e. send: 10 5B 41 9C 16 , receive :E5) b) wireless meters, pressure transducer (4-20mA) and shut-off valve condition is read using AT commands (i.e. send: at^adc1="get_value", the answer is received as text: at^adc1="get_value", 165). In WMBus case as part of standard frame. The received answer must be parsed and stored (XML, JSON or directly MySQL). The application should be cross-platform (web,java, C) and consists of three parts: reading , parsing and monitoring (is readed, is parsed, is stored etc).
