Hi, what I think about your project is you need a desktop app that acts like a browser and reads html on a page. It is very feasible to do that once the page is loaded. Parsing any information would be easy since the url content is already rendered as a static page. Exporting on the other hand is very easy, just provide a format so that I can setup a template for you. I'd like to build this using .Net framework and C# as the language. I have been successfully writing data scrapers for over a decade. It's my speciality. Let me review your project with you and bring it to completion quickly, the first time. Note: I've recently returned to "freelance" websites in order to increase my customer base - search me out on the web for more reviews and info about Infinity Cyberworks. Depending on the target, we would use either PHP, CuRL and a combination of XPATH and Regex or (if a more complicated website) a combination of Java, Selenium and a combination of XPATH and Regex. Data will be stored in a CSV structure of your choosing. Storing in a database is also an option. Note we also have the ability to format for Amazon and other platforms as well as sending stock info directly to platforms like Amazon's MWS although these options are outside the scope of this bid and would need to be discussed.
