Zen cart affiliate module fix for zen 1.37

We need someone to make the zen cart free affiliate module for zen cart 1.2 work on zen cart 1.37. The module is available at: [login to view URL] The module installs into zen cart 1.37 but there are problems that some pages do not load, display or function correctly. Payment will be made by GAF when you provide us with a module that is fully tested and working on zen cart 1.37. We would like this done as soon as possible.
