convert MER file

I am electrical engineer .I have lot of experience working with various employers globally. Can I do Circuit Analysis and design, Power System Analysis,DC/AC machines Electrical Distribution , translation and technical writer .i use Autocad,Matlab,Revit,Plc simulator, Pspice,word and excel.

Convert mer to apa is simple... is the mer from an older version of FT...before 8, or before 6.0? May need to open in 32bit OS then export to 64bit os Let me know more details

I have been workin with factory talk view for the last 10 years. I have converted several .mer files files to .apa over this years. Many companies lost the devolope apa files.

I would even do it for free, for a good feedback. I don't understand why people are bidding 100$+ for a task that takes less than 15 minutes.
