I am a software engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the field. I am new one on this site, and I need first project, so this could be a great opportunity for both of us. I am very proficient in MS SQL Server. Administrating and programming databases as creating all kinds of different reports in T-SQL is part of my everyday job and I enjoy doing it. Switching from MS SQL to PostgreSQL would not be a problem for such a task as this one. This task I would do promptly, but I put 2 days in the bid just because we are in different time zones.
