Hello from the UK, So I have been through the PL900 like you are trying to achieve and I have very recently completed my PL600 I know the areas you will need to focus on and I can help you as I currently develop within the Power Platform on a regular basis for a Microsoft Partner in the UK It's difficult to fully state the bid and project delivery without understanding what your goals are and when you want to achieve this by. I would state that this is not designed to be rushed and there are two ways to do this. You either rush it and memorize conent to pass the exam but then fail to implement when it comes to doing.
