Integrate Prestashop Paypal module with Paypal Business Account

This must be fixed as soon as possible so that my customers can start ordering. Please view the screenshot I provided. I entered the right credientials but paypal is still not working. I've also tried re-installing it but I am not able to get to the screen that the forums say I should see. ( [login to view URL] ) The error is our paypal payment options is now not showing up when a customer is checking out. Please also check for any other check out issues as well as if USPS shipping service is available.
