Manufacturing of plastic/pvc childrens calendar

Please have a look at the included picture: [login to view URL] We are looking for somebody which can produce this for us, it is a calendar for kindergartens/schools. The material for the front and back plate is not specified as you can chose what is best for this kind of production, maybe foamed PVC or MDF plates? Measurements, coloring and other specifics are detailed in the picture. We would like pricing on 1000 pcs delivered to Stavanger, Norway. Also pricing on the following 1000 pcs.
