Update a legacy appliaction on windows 10

Hello, I am a sculpter working with the legacy program Sculptris. This program according to the orignal devlopers hasn't had an update in over 8 years and works in 32-bit. They also mentioned that due to how old the program is, it doesnt use all the resources someone's computer has and caps out at 2-3 million tris for a 3d model even if that computer is capable of more then 10 million. Essentually I'm just looking for someone who can make this application take better use of the resources of newer computers as 3 million isn't enough for the kinds of things I would like to sculpt. Also there is this one bug I frequently experience when adding sculpting files together (see image) this isn't essential for fixing. Also I do not have the source code for this program as it s not publically available. I'm willing to pay more then what I set if this is more complicated to do then anticipated.
