Hi everybody, we need a person who can help us take care of our phone line. We are based in Italy but our clientele is English speaking, mostly based in USA. Since we can't take all the calls, we would like to you route around 2-3 calls per day to you. You will help clients understand what the status of a project is (we will give you access to our project management) or just take note of what they say and send us a mail. In some cases, you will be able to put the client on hold, send an Instant Message to us and get back to the client with our reply. This will keep some separation between us and the clientele, and focus on the real work. We DON'T strictly need you to be expert in any technical matters but some skills with web sites and web development would be a value added. This is going to be a long term project but we will start with an initial test period. Feel free to bid for a month. The availability time should be around 8AM-6PM EST. Since we have customers in Europe too, we would like to cover some hours before 8AM EST. Let me know how that works for you. We also give you FREE worldwide calls, as a value added. LANGUAGE: we don't need native English speakers. People from any part of the world can work with us. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
