USA CPA account and USA Ebay account needed!

I need 5 USA CPA accounts and 5 USA Ebay seller accounts. All account MUST be verified. You can post me a message if you need something or you want to tell me something that you think I should know before you do the job. detail for CPA accounts: 1. Must be US account 2. I can start my campaign after the job is done. 3. Not blackhat. 4. Can be used for lifetime 5. I can change some of the detail after approval (email, address and bank account/paypal) 6. Use my surname to register. 7. Not using vcc from entropay 8. All accounts must be registered from different IP's 9. No VPN or IP Hide or something similar. detail for Ebay accounts: 1. NOTE : I will only pay after the job is done and I am satisfied with the accounts created. - CPA network must accept paypal as a payout method. - PAYPAL, EMAIL and VCC will be provided. You just need to register CPA and Ebay account only. - you will setup 1 account at first. Then after I checked and satisfied, you may proceed to the next account. One by one until 5 accounts done. - I satisfied with all acounts created, you get your payment. Please read Ebay T&C before bidding as Ebay has change their policies and most likely many of ebay sellers accounts has been suspended or banned. I will test all accounts one by one.. 1. I will try running a campaign for a week to ten days for CPA accounts. 2. I will try selling my item for a week to ten days for Ebay accounts. 3. If all goes well and nothing negative happened during that period, your job consider done and I will pay you immediately. 4. Please be aware that if just one account gets ban or suspend, I will ask you to register a new account or solve the case or your payment will be cut. 5. If you 100% successfully do this job then I will find you again later for my related project. And I will be happy to pay you more the next time I need your service. IMPORTANT! - ALL ACCOUNTS CREATED MUST BE FROM DIFFERENT IP's AS EBAY WILL BAN ACCOUNT WITH THE SAME IP ADDRESS.
