Centos BASH script to auto create and destroy DigitalOcean droplets from a snapshot

Hello, I have previously created a similar script for AWS environment for Ec2 instances. I can create a professional bash script (with documentation) to create/destroy and to maintain their IP and other configuration details. I am simply a professional Linux admin with a high-level hands-on experiences. I am a honest, hardworking guy with a 100% client satisfaction motto. Hi. So, what is the criteria we select which droplets to remove? By droplet tags/name? Do we setup a name for the droplet or we let the autogenerated one to be set and only change the config with new IP. Thx , let me know details.
