I need you to study and teach me all about IBKR API in Python. [login to view URL] Most importantly, you need to build and explain to me a Python program that can perform tasks below. 1. Retrieve Price of the stock 2. Compare it's 1 min high and low price using IF statements 3. Compare it's price with Volume Weighted Average Price 4. Place orders according to the IF result 5.
