I am looking for a skilled Python developer to create a software that can generate video flashcards from text. The software will be specifically designed to run on Windows operating systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python programming and be familiar with video processing libraries. I need a software in python to create video flashcards for a language course. Basically, the first scene is a sentence in one language and then the translation. The flashcards are made up of sound and text. The program must be able to create several videos with the same command. Como você está? // text to be inserted in gray on the bottom line of the slide, line breaks where necessary. Attached a file with a sample of a video made by a similar software. Requirements: - Develop a software in Python to create video flashcards from text - Ensure compatibility with Windows operating system - Convert text into MP4 video format - Limit the length of text to less than 500 characters per flashcard Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Python programming - Experience with video processing libraries - Knowledge of text-to-video conversion techniques - Ability to work on Windows operating system
