• Co-recruiting and recruiting employees (around 50 employees/year)
• Finding, presenting and implementing alternative strategies for recruitment process
• Systematic reporting and keeping track of recruiting processes
• Improving 1:1 interviews with candidates
• Organizing external and internal workshops, training and coaching for Team Leaders and Managers
• Job Positions Catalogue Project (6 months project): creating descriptions for 76 job positions, preparing career paths with leading 30 employees in several project groups by myself

• Participating and suggesting solutions in business meetings with stakeholders
