Residential Remodeling Architecture Designs for an Entire Home (Interior and exterior) Project Plan: Living Room 4 Bedroom & 3 Bathroom Kitchen Backyard (Barbecue Area + Fireplace) Front Designs and Landscape (with waterfalls) Floating walls and Ceilings Requirements: - I am looking for an experienced architect to design a residential house. - I have some ideas but need a professional to apply them. - Layout and floor plans are 80% done; please see the attached file. - Need help with a colour combination that fits the materials. - Knowledge of all the materials. - I wanted the house to be a smart home with Alexa, lighting, a Sliding Door System and 3d Panels. - The ideal candidate should have experience in residential architecture and be able to provide creative suggestions and solutions. - Exterior designs should have a barbecue area in the backyard and front yard and landscape designs. - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is required. - Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dmax, Blender etc. - The architect should have excellent communication skills to understand and incorporate my ideas into the design - The project timeline and budget will be talked about and agreed upon with the selected candidate. - Can speak English (or Russian) - Other information can be discussed on the call. -Selected Candidates will also have a chance to be the company project Designer.
