A Personal Development Plan

I need to do a PDP for a first year UK student ... I need it in 48 hours from project assigned only experts with experience requirement for the assignment: The progress statement and development plan offer you the opportunity to reflect on your first semester of undergraduate study, focusing on those areas of skills development, which have been of most significance to you so far and those, which you forecast to be of importance in the near and distant future. You will have some discretion in terms of content, but you are expected to write reflectively on how you have identified strengths and weaknesses in specific areas and draw conclusions on how you intend to build on your strengths and overcome your weaknesses. Suggested topics might be presentation skills, researching and referencing or time management. You may elect to cover several areas of skills development or focus on one or two. You are required to underpin or illustrate the comments in your reflective statement with theoretical references and evidence. These theoretical references and evidence may be derived from the module content and/or from your own identified sources. The conclusions drawn in your reflective statement must then be formulated into objectives, which will form the basis of the development plan. There should be a minimum of six objectives and they should follow the SMART format and be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound. This statement and development plan will not only provide the basis for transition to the second semester of your first year, but that it will also be a testament to your developing employability. Summary of Essential Content A 2000 word progress statement (+/- 10%) examining personal, academic and career progress, with supporting theoretical references and evidence.
