PhD Research In Cloud Computing

Trust in the cloud is a big problem, small businesses are slow in the adoption of cloud services because of trust. The PhD research is on trust in cloud computing. I need an expert to design a cloud frame work for me, The framework is to increase the trust level between SME (Small Businesses ) and CSP (Cloud Service Providers).
