Research & Write 2 Pages of Content for Real Estate Website

I need to complete 2 pages of content for a new real estate company. 1 section will get at why buy into the membership club and the other will highlight the overall investment. Both pages will only be 3-4 paragraphs each, but each will require research of similar companies to best structure the content. I am assuming 6-8 hours of work.
