Work in the niche of project management that must be typed up. Looking for a freelancer personnel who understands Project Management and Critical Path methods, and diagrams, project start times and finish times and also importantly GANTT. You will be designing or typing up a project plan proposal for this project management work. Presenting the following information and reports: 1. Introduction/Project Description (MUST INCLUDE TIME & BUDGET, INFORMATION ABOUT COMPANY.) 2. List of Activities that is going to take place in the project management to accomplish this Airport. (At least 10) (SO 10 or more for this project management work dealing with airport construction.) 3. Budgeted Cost Table Of Airport construction. (To include in computer report/GANTT) 4. Predecessor Table of Airport Construction activities. 5. NETWORK DIAGRAM showing CRITICAL PATH ANALYSIS of airport construction. (Activity Schedule with Early Start time, Early Finish Time, Late Start and Late Finish times) 6. Computerized PERT, GANTT of airport construction 7. Budget Cost of airport -- Earliest Starting Time schedule 8. Budget Cost of airport -- Latest Starting Time Schedule 9. GRAPH OF FEASIBLE COSTS There will be sample images attached to this project management work. Also remember there will be a computer software for you to use called a GANTT that will computerize and perform graphically representations. YOU MUST USE THIS TRIAL SOFTWARE FOR GANTT: [login to view URL] . Register if necessary and proceed to use trial software for GANTT and computerized PERT.
