Research Proposal: Writer/Researcher Needed

Quantitative Research Proposal/ Project Topic: Impact of Digital Fluency on Investments Approx: 30,000 words total (100 pages + references, questionnaires, etc ) First stage: (5000 words Proposal): Complete but requires modifications and reframing.
