We need to identify the main competitors for the following products: - Sofya Leech Extract Foot Cream (Bioactive foot cream; against varicose) - Sofya Joints Renewal Body Cream (Altay elk’s velvet antler extract) - Sofya Apia Body Balm (Apitoxin; for joints and small of the back area) - Valentin Dikul Sports Gel Balm (for joints and ligaments areas) - Valentin Dikul Radikulin Gel Balm 1. Go through competitors (for the products outlined in the task), to see what competitors are doing. This can help to narrow down the choice of target websites/online platforms. Therefore, the research must answer the following questions: - who are their competitors; - who is their target audience; - where do the target audience and competitors meet, on which platforms? - how exactly do competitors interact with the target audience? examples of placements and messages Therefore, it is a qualitative analysis of competitors. 2. A 2-pags example of a previously conducted research about positioning a good/service on the Chinese market (that is already in the market). - To show that the person who’s carrying out the research has some expertise in it.
